Online payments are handled by Worldpay.co.uk. Orders, clients
and other 'Back Office' information is handled by MarketersChoice.com.
Green by Nature are our sister company, their name may appear
on your transaction statements.
1. General
This transaction is between you, the customer and Worms Online,
owned by Green by Nature Ltd. Registered Office: Andromeda House,
Calleva Park, Aldermaston, Reading, Berkshire RG7 8AP. Any transaction
is governed by English Law. This site is for the fulfilment
of UK orders. Green by Nature Ltd is pleased to accept orders
subject to terms & conditions of sale as stated below. In these
terms "Days" refers to working days based on GMT (Greenwich
Mean Time), being Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays
unless otherwise stated. All Prices shown are in Pounds Sterling
and exclude VAT/Sales Taxes; VAT will be added to the cost of
the goods. E. & O. E. All product information is given as a
guide only. Green by Nature and Green by Nature reserve the
right to refuse to sell to any individual, company or organisation.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
2. Order Cancellations
If at any stage you wish to cancel your order please contact
us quoting your order number by e-mail to: sales@wormsonline.co.uk
PLEASE NOTE: THE RIGHT TO CANCEL APPLIES ONLY TO EC & UK RESIDENT
DOMESTIC CONSUMERS, ANY OTHER CANCELLATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED
AT THE DISCRETION OF Green by Nature. WHERE A CANCELLATION IS
ALLOWED, A RESTOCKING FEE MAY BE CONSIDERED APPROPRIATE AT THE
DISCRETION OF Green by Nature IF GOODS HAVE ALREADY BEEN DESPATCHED
TO THE CUSTOMER.
3. Backorder Policy
Backorder items are products that are not currently in stock.These
items are on order from the manufacturers. If you order an item
that is out of stock and we are unable to provide the product
within the delivery period specified, we will notify you by
e-mail when the products will be arriving at our warehouse and
when they will be available for despatch.
4. Delivery Information for
UK customers only
Providing your payment is cleared and the product(s) are in
stock you will normally receive your order the following working
day (on all orders placed before 4.30pm GMT). All products in
stock are, where possible, despatched by either 1st class post
or a next day courier service.
5. Returns Procedure
APPLIES ONLY TO EC & UK RESIDENT DOMESTIC CONSUMERS At Green
by Nature we want you to be delighted every time you shop with
us so we make our returns policy simple. For any defective\damaged
products or order discrepancies received, please follow the
returns procedure below: a) Products in working order must be
returned in their original packaging. b) Faulty products still
within the manufacturer’s warranty period should, if possible,
be returned in their original packaging. c) Please enclose details
of the defect,damage or discrepancy including print samples
where applicable. d) Enclose original or copy of the sales invoice.
e) Please obtain proof of posting when returning goods. Please
send your package to: Returns Department Green by Nature Ltd.

Customers other than EC & UK resident domestic consumers should

7. Methods of Payment
Our fully secure site payments are handled by Worldpay.co.uk
who accept all major credit and debit cards including: Mastercard,
Visa, Maestro. Your payment statement may have the name of our
sister company 'Green by Nature' printed on. Green by Nature
currently handle our bank transactions. If for whatever reason
you are still not comfortable using your credit card details
over the internet please contact us to arrange alternative methods
of payment before ordering. All goods remain property of Green
by Nature Ltd until payment is received in full.
8. Our Guarantee
THE GUARANTEE BELOW ONLY APPLIES TO EC & UK BASED DOMESTIC CONSUMERS.
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you
are unhappy with your purchase we will issue a refund for the
price of the item\s within 30 days of the cancellation. In the
case of unwanted goods you have a 7 day cancellation period
(which begins the day after receipt of the goods) in which to
cancel your order and we will issue a refund for the price of
the item\s within 30 days of the cancellation. When returning
goods you may return the goods at your own cost, should it be
necessary for us to arrange collection of the goods we reserve
the right to deduct the direct cost of any such collection from
the refunded amount. You must take reasonable care of any goods
that have been supplied and we reserve the right to deduct costs
equal to the loss of value in the goods from the refunded amount
if you do not do so. This does not affect your statutory rights

When returning goods please include your details, the order\invoice
number, the reason for the return and wrap the package securely.
You must obtain proof of posting when returning goods. Then

9. VAT
All Prices shown are in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT. The
current rate for VAT is 17.5%.
The Green by Nature Web Site is comprised of various Web pages
operated by Green by Nature.
The Green by Nature Web Site is offered to you conditioned on
your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions,
and notices contained herein. Your use of the Green by Nature
Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions,

Green by Nature reserves the right to change the terms, conditions,
and notices under which the Green by Nature Web Site is offered,
including but not limited to the charges associated with the
